The Best Place in Baguio a.k.a. Baguio Country Club

okay. so maybe the title is a bit over reaching but read on and maybe you’ll understand why.

I was a tag along on this grand adventure.

Luckily the people whom I was with were guests of a member of the club and were invited to stay there since you can’t go in without a guest pass or if you’re not a member. That’s too bad because their Raisin bread is so good you’ll never look at raisin bread the same way again! It’s one of the things they’re known for.

I guess what separates BCC from other hotels is their top notch service, they think of everything and that little bit makes a world of difference. Of course the facilities they have to offer doesn’t hurt. They have a mini aviary in their pretty awesome looking garden. If you’re want to play they have a golf course, their own bowling alley, billiard tables and you can also play table tennis. If you’re a gym rat their gym along with Baguio’s elevation will whip you up into shape. If you’re bringing kids along they have a big playground for them to play at their hearts content and not to mention they also have video games and board games at the recreational centre. Oh and two words: heated pool.

They give you this magical card (guest card) which works like a magic wand of sorts, the card makes things happen.

The 3rd and 4th floor have their own butler.

And a pretty kick ass smoking area on the 2nd floor.

The food is also amazing and don’t forget about their Raisin bread, I can’t say it enough.

I think (though I’m not sure) that a restaurant in Glorietta offers BCC pastries. So if you’re curious, you might want to check it out.

Going to Baguio is always a treat. And it doesn’t really matter where you’re staying and how much you’re spending as long as you’re with good company, you’re sure to have a good time.

Oh and if you’re there be sure to check out:

Good Shepherd – Ube and Strawberry Jam

Mines View Park – for the view, the ever famous Coco the St. Bernard and souvenirs.

Wright Park – Horses and more horses.

Casa Vallejo – a century old restaurant and a must visit! They have seriously good food and big servings.

The Mansion – for photo ops.

Let me know how your trip goes! and if you have any questions don’t be shy and ask in the comments below or connect with me on any of the social media platforms there on the side.
